Default how?

i still struggle to understand what it takes to make them come to get you. suffering from severe upper urine tract infection and temperature over 40C they still asked me to drive to hospital to get checked! I live on my own and it was Saturday night – no change to get minicab before midnight! I shivered so badly that it took 1gr of paracetamol and about an hour time for doctor to be able to check me and take urine sample.
So tell me, what does it take to call an ambulance?!
