I'm a director of HR in a small PCT in Hounslow actually near the runway. I have been in this PCT for a long time. I only got the job based on bullshit and it amazes me how some people in the NHS get away with being total idiots. We are paid big salaries but do little to help the NHS and cost the tax payer large amounts of money.
We blow our own trumpets and suck up to and crawl to our CEO's. When will the NHS improve and when will people like me and others meet our judgement day??? For now Ill go on and bluff my way through it. as I have always done
