Hi, this is my first time post, and a few years ago my Grandad went to hospital, by the way let me mention that the out of hours badger doctor came and phoned for an ambulance, he said it should be here as soon as it could, waited two hours, phoned 999, finally came.
Then when i went to see him the next day, they had him on that dripping machine, he seemed incredibly weak, even more than home.
The day after that, they gave him all his medication, all at once. He hadnt been eating properly the last few days, and his blood-pressure lowering drug was there aswell, then a bit later he fell unconscious. Doctors got him back up, said his blood pressure was too low, in the next few days he was recovering.
When that happened we asked the doctors what could have caused it, they said they were still looking into it, we said could it have been the blood-pressure lowering medicine you gave him? They kept on denying it like they know too much and we dont know jack.
Well atleast they could keep checking him every now and then but no, the lady kept on saying that "oh my goodness! he is fine! no need for another check!" All my family was there by his bed, we were all that concerned and all they could say was "3 people at a bedside please" i mean flippin heck, they dont care about you, just care about there stupid nhs, my grandad was unconscious and they were saying that? and they were saying "oh dont stand her, you'll disturb the other patients." Forget the other stupid patients for now!
Well now he is doing fine thankfully, always trying to avoid hospital if we can now.
Now i hope you see how bad the nhs turned out to be.
