Some of the NHS staff are great. The midwife, Rachel Brooks I think her name was who delivered my daughter was fantastic. There is never one great hospital, just some great people and some tired, overworked, grumpy ones who are having a difficult life and taking it out on all that come in. I am sure patients are the same, some will be pleasant and some horrific. Its fantastic when you meet the great ones. These people make so much difference. Thanks to all of you making that difference. Especially with scared difficult patients. I know its a hard job with a lot of demands, especially for the nurses and young doctors of whom so much is expected.
