perhaps it doesnt, I seem to have misunderstood something obviously.

But as I went to see one of the doctors at my GP surgery (a doctor who has known me since birth and who I've had up till now a good amount of respect for) about medical certificates I found myself on the recieving end of swearing and threats. All based on one letter from a rather arrogant little man ( that would be the ortho depts head guy in burton ) who didnt like the fact that I stood up for myself and that I wasnt impressed with his excuses.

Now my GP has threated me that if i'm ever rude to him in any way (obviously his choice about whats rude and what isnt) he'll make it his personal campaign to see my barred from the surgery and no doubt the local area doctors.

This comes after he had used swear words in his conversation with me (i've never sworn in front of him or even so much as been slightly rude..... yet)

Seem that the right to be in a safe environment only goes one way. Cute that isnt it

In 2006 my daughter went into the rehabilitation ward in Royal national Orthopaedic hospital Stanmore she stayed there for about 6 months still a teenager then. She was not given her tablets on time and they even missed them out altogether and would give 10am Meds at 5pm bad enough as that was more was to follow.
She was refused basic needs which means the female nurse refused to support her to the toilets and refused to help her to change into dry clothing after wetting herself twice, a male care assistant helped her to change, after this the Physio shook her wheelchair and I complained again no swearing no shouting. I had to leave work as I was organising a AGM at the time. Arrived two hours later and the Consultant Mr Briggs told my daughter she had to go home. (Even though she had not been home for 9 months as she could not do stairs, this was quickly reversed. There is a lot more to happen to her. I found out it was a manager in the Rehab ward who had it in for us but as I did not trust any of them I would not speak to some without backup. I accidently recorded them. One recording shows the
Clinical Governance Key Contacts @ RNOH
Lead:
Kathryn Corder – Deputy Director of Nursing/Clinical Governance
as she is now. At the time she said that she was impartial but shouting it aggressively at me and calling me a liar.
Never met her before. They did gang-up.
One good thing is even though I complained about the treatment my daughter received way back in 2006 and again accidently taped a 45 minutes talk about such complaint to PALS (who now says this did not happen without knowing about the tape back in 2006)they have agreed to go through it with myself and ICAS.
They had denied that I had complained so long ago. It’s funny I wake up thinking that these tapes will get lost or burn before my eyes as they are the only thing between me and the truth as without them I am a deemed a liar.
I still do not believe my daughter will get any justice?

They labeled me as well and stopped listening to us. That all happened in one day and the ward manager goes beyond her call of duty for my daughter. I will write the whole sad story in it entirety one day but now I have to watch my daughter get weaker from cancer. By March 2010 I should get a letter to say come in and discuss our long over due complaint.
I also would like to say it was those nurses in a hierarchy cliques group that were the worse and not the hard working ones. I think I should rename myself "BITTER TO THE END".

Don't know if you know it, but it is possible to post recordings here to share with others. Anyone with speakers on their computer will be able to listen.

Please let me know if you'd like to do this and I'll be glad to walk you through the process.
