A group of people Nationwide have joined forces to form the 'NHS Justice Group'.
This Group have been formulating a Plan to end what appears to be an NHS Complaints Procedure that is in essence corrupt and totally biased in the Hospital or NHS's favour.
The 'NHS Justice Group' have now handed, personally (29th January 2010), a Letter to Andy Burnham MP and Secretary of State for Health.
An extract of the Letter is here:
"There has been a culture of cover up within the NHS for many years and it is time that this unacceptable and illegal behaviour was brought into the public domain and adequately addressed".
Within this Letter the NHS Justice Group call for a 'Duty of Candour' Law to be created in the memory of Robbie Powell. You can read about the case of Robbie Powell at the link below and learn that the NHS altered Medical Records after Robbie, aged 10, died:

A Duty of Candour Law would make sure that NHS medical staff would have to be truthful when faced with relatives who either dare complain or those who just want answers as to why things went wrong.
If you feel that you have had a bad experience when trying to find answers to your questions of the NHS and feel that you have been led up a blind alley, why not contact nhsexposed@sky.com and you can meet people who have had the same experience but who are doing their best to change the system.
www.wrightingtonwiganandleighexposed.co.uk and www.tomsanguish.com are just two members of the Nationwide group.
