Some four years ago I went to my quack with a work injury to my arm. It moved to my shoulder and got worse. The injury was due to overwork (manual; after my exploiter bosses of a family business made half the labour redundant to save money to make themselves richer ). As I only had the NHS imposed 5 minutes I told him that my back had also been extremely painful and my bladder had at the time of the back pain started playing up ( couldn't empty ).
He told me to take ibuprofen and booked a bladder test.
When I heard nothing from him after some weeks I asked about the bladder test he said there was no further action necessary. I said that is patently absurd. So he had the same test done again, with the same results, it suddenly meant an op or alpha blockers for the rest of my life. The connection to the spinal injuries has still not been identified, other than by two physios . And these quacks call themselves medical professionals ! So I am left with a spinal injury which according to my own research ( meaningless of course since I am not a member of the doctor ubermenschen i.e. did not come from a rich family, especially one that had links to the medical profession ) is causing the bladder nerve failure, which will lead to the collapse of the kidneys in time.
Leaving aside the bladder and the back and returning to the shoulder. I was told by the quack after a month on the nurofen that I had a bit of impingement and so got a cortisone type injection ( later repeated ). He said I was just imagining the injury. ( I've been lucky to have had extremely good health until I came into contact with the BlairBrown NHS ). Over the next few years as my pain and disability from this negligence increased I was pumped full of x-rays ( saves them having to do anything and it's not them at greater risk of cancer ,so why should they care ).
I carried on insisting on treatment despite all the lies I heard from these charlatans ( like you can't have an MRI as it will be dangerous in terms of cancer ; an outright lie, though the cancer-inducing x-rays they were happy with ! ) As soon as I started demanding treatment, after a couple of years of being fobbed off I was immediately tagged as 'aggressive' or 'confrontational' on their computer system, which means any quack that sees you is negative from the outset. I wasn't aggressive, I was asking them to do the job they get hansdomely paid to do ,but I intend to be aggressive in the future, so they can learn the difference , which more of later.

Once I had pushed for the MRI I eventually got seen by a specialist. He had to operate and put screws and sutures in to hold the whole shoulder together. The injury was what I had diagnosed from a sports injury book at the local library in the first 6 months. And these demigods have to study for how long to NOT even understand something so easily diagnosed ? But it's not the diagnosis is it , it's what makes the most money in the complicated enrichment industry which the NHS has become. My injuries could have been quickly and relatively inexpensively dealt with when I first presented and I could have been carrying on my life with few major alterations. The NHS has failed me, my family, the taxpayer and all those 'more menial' staff, including many nurses, who work for pittance compared to these dangerous strutting peacocks of incompetence, malpractice, cover-ups and lies. The NHS version of the bankers and hedge-fund traders.

As time progressed and my pain became worse and never left me I became more and more depressed. I am now severly depressed, can no longer work ( I loved my work ,as much as the nurse on one of the other threads on this site , even though it was tough at times ), I can no longer do all the activities I loved, my other arm is packing in with having to take over from the main one , the op was a cockup ( nothing about these animals surprises me any more), so the nerves to my hand are damaged. This is not made up. It is a real nightmare . But I must be imagining it all , as that's what the GP said years ago. My GP likes sailing, and skiing. I used to like my activities too.

I have tried to get help from the NHS. I have tried PALS,the Medical Council, the law ( there is no legal aid so that's ruled out ). It's all quite obviously a closed shop, isn't it. They are there to cover up the rich, not to provide access to justice. Blair, the lawyer, killed justice stone dead. On the 22nd November I become statutory barred from suing as it will be three years, though in effect it makes no difference. I can't get any legal help. I can no longer do my beloved work ,so rely on 60 pounds jobseekers ( less transport ) per week. I sit with a shed full of tools I can't use, I eventually fall asleep about 4 or 5 a.m. exhausted , since the pain prevents me sleeping any other way. My first thoughts on waking are the pain and then the anger and then the bitterness, which I hate the most, but I can't suppress. My family's on the brink of breaking up through this stress. The mental pain is as bad as the physical. The NHS has crippled me... and I went to it in trust as the healing profession. I now am wiser. It only heals if you're well-heeled. If you're a worker you rank as low in these halls of privilege as you would in a gathering of toffs anywhere in this God forsaken country. They say I am aggressive. Well , I haven't been, though they have. If these injuries had been done to a dog, these people would have been in prison. If these injuries had been as a result of a drunken assault on the street there would have been prison sentences dished out. But no, it's the prerogative of the rich, untouchable, unsuable doctors to live off the pain and suffering of others ,protected by sellout politicians of the state.

On the 22 November, my last hope of reparation and justice runs out.
When I take the machete I will be buying, with my half good arm, ( the one they haven't touched ) and hack into the quack's shoulders, puncture his bladder, slash into his spine, hack his hands to pieces and they take me to court for that, maybe then they can tell me what's the difference between me doing that to him and him doing it to me other than the money I paid as a taxpayer and NI contributor to make the lowlife rich. And the same goes for the rest of them who think they can wreck lives and get off scotfree. I hope he enjoys his sailing and skiiing over the next 20 days, because he will miss those kind of things once he can't do them anymore and over the years he will grow angry and bitter, but the difference is, had he done the job he is excessively paid to do, none of this would have happened. You see, I don't really care any more, which is sad, but then, let's face it. Neither do you, which is even sadder.

Hi ---

I just read your heartbreaking narrative. While my experiences with the NHS have been different than your own, I have certainly encountered GP's who (in my opinion) don't care about their patients. Like you, I have had disappointing experiences with the so-called "patients' advocate." (PALS) I did take the time to send a detailed, written complaint --- and the chief executive of the local hospital, John Rostill, told me he "lost" my letter.

I discovered that it was easier for the NHS to "lose" my complaint, rather than reply to it.

And I know what you mean about solicitors and legal aid.

I take painkillers which don't really reduce the pain (that's my theory) --- they just make it so I don't care about the pain. But they are non-discriminatory, and make it so I don't care about other things as well. I have a pile of papers on my desk that I should be "processing." But I'm not.

You say:
I don't really care any more, which is sad, but then, let's face it. Neither do you, which is even sadder.I am obviously not the NHS, and don't have the ability to do anything with your complaint about the NHS and your GP. I wish I could. But it is not true that I "don't care." I think you'll find that many of the people who read this forum are folks like yourself, who have had their problems with the NHS, and care about you very much.

Can I offer a few suggestions:

(1) I was "de-listed" by my GP after I posted my complaint about him here o this website. This was the best possible thing that cold have happened to me, health-wise. The NHS assigned me to a new GP surgery. If there is a note on my chart to indicate I am a "troublemaker" nobody has mentioned it to me. (And I have also reviewed my entire chart, obtained by me under the provisions of the Data Protection Act.) The new GP is wonderful, and everyone at the new surgery have helped to give me a new perspective on the NHS. My suggestion --- change GP's.

(2) I also would recommend that your threat against the GP be deleted. Instead, why not post the GP's name and address? Just read the posting about Dr. Barcellos on this forum. Almost 2,000 people have read it, including the doctor. I think it may have actually changed, hopefully for the better, his outlook on patient care. He wrote, "However i need to learn to please all [emphasis added] and luckily over 80 per cent are very pleased with my service most rating the service as excellent." I believe it public "name-them-and-shame-them" advocacy. Please just make it factual and I will be glad to have it posted on the forum for all to read.

If I can delete the threat, please let me know. It makes me uncomfortable, and I think it overshadows the rest of your story.

(3) I have a good friend, Richard, who is a talented litigator in London. I will happily ask him to read your papers (at no charge to you) and see what he thinks. With the statute of limitation running out, this should be done sooner rather than later. I can't promise you an instant resolution, but Richard has been a litigator for 20 years and can quickly understand a problem --- and give an honest legal opinion on the chances of success. Richard will take a view of the case and tell you if there's any chance of prevailing, and, if so, what level of damages you'd be likely to win. (I know from my own experience that this number is likely to be very low.)

If you'd like Richard to have a look, please contact me via the private message facility on this forum and I can quickly give you his details.

(4) Have you considered calling the Samaritans? It might be helpful to have someone to listen to your story. I'm not sure how helpful the Samaritans can be --- or if they will just go "there, there, what a shame." Quite frankly, I would find that patronising and irritating. But it's certainly worth a call at 08457-90-90-90.

I often wish that I had the power to "fix" things at the NHS. But let's be honest, lots of the NHS is screwed up and can't be fixed. Which is why I created this website --- so folks, like you and me, can at least have the satisfaction of venting our frustration in a public forum.

Please take me up on the offer to have Richard look at your file. I hope to hear from you in the near future.

I do care.

Craig

Craig,
Sorry. Remark wasn't directed at you particularly. Just the general public in this place only care about themselves and schadenfreude, taking pleasure in other's pain and misfortune or suffering, is a very British ( Brutish ) trait.
I am unlikely to actually go and lop the quack. I won't sink as low as him. Unless I've actually flipped out totally by then. In which case he will simply be reaping what he sowed and I wouldn't waste any sleep over the scumbag if I were you.
My trust in people is at an all time low and so I won't be posting the lousy quack's name at present. In any case, though he was the worst and the initiator, what excuse have the others got ? This evil is endemic and it's class war. I too have lived and worked out of here and so know the situation to be ABNORMAL here in the UK. NOT the norm. But people who have nothing to compare with think these charlatans are as good as it gets.
To be fair, with all the sneaky lies and deceit of the NHS, how is anyone to know you don't work for them ? Sorry pal ,but that's PALS' style. They come on like they're there for the patient and yet they are American contractors to the NHS only interested in delaying and patronising and saving their employers cold, hard , cash. Maybe the whole monetary mechanics of the NHS and its sub-contractors should be splayed open for all to see. If you could see who gets to gain you'd get to the reason things happen like they do. But cover ups are what the Brit companies and their allies are good at.

Appreciate the offer of your friend, but that is a) not fair on him b) what's he going to do in less than 20 days, especially since my depression now makes me not even want to answer the phone, let alone prepare a legal case in two weeks against the most powerful , public-paid, lawyers in the land ? Why do you think people cave in. Because that is what is meant to happen. Have you not read of the people 13 years on still trying because they know they're right, but Joe Idiot, me and you, are financing the case against our selves and those poor suckers on whose side we feel we are, as we pay the NHS who pays the lawyers to fight us ! Sick enough for you ? I've had my hopes of honesty and justice dashed enough. I'll just hope and pray for a revolution. Then we'll get our revolution in health care at the same time. Barefoot doctors would do more good than these gold-digging vultures.

You sound like a good guy. Keep it that way. Good guys are getting fewer and fewer in this stinking pit of a middle-ages hell.
To all the others that have written in to NHS sucks. Our time will come !
And when it does these scumbags will be digging sewerage trenches for the rest of their miserable lives.
Wishing you well.
A wounded warrior ( the most dangerous kind ;)

I understand from your original posting that the "20 days" is when the statute of limitations runs out.

If my understanding is correct, you ask "what's he [Richard] going to do in less than 20 days?" I'm not a solicitor, but I understand that you simply need to file suit before the date when the matter becomes time barred. So all that needs to be done is to file the claim --- not something that takes lots of time to prepare. The other documents (witness statements, etc.) can be prepared afterwards --- but at least the deadline will have been met.

But litigation involving the NHS is not for the faint of heart --- and as you're depressed now, it's certainly something that is likely to add to your depression. In general I don't think anyone wins when things go to Court.

Have you asked your GP to refer you to a pain management clinic? They are certainly not miracle workers, but they seem to be able to treat pain and the related depression with some degree of success. If you're GP won't refer you, switch GP's. The switching process is (at least in my experience) painless and fast. I was surprised the NHS could do something so efficiently and effortlessly.

Is there anything I can do to help you with your depression and/or pain?

Craig.
Thanks for your kind offer and advice. Maybe I will get the papers in in time. I did get as far as getting them from the court.

I have NO faith in the NHS quacks. They don't give a damn about anything but the money. The same quack who saw me first and set the tone also acts as a consultant in the local hospital, which boosts his pay. He also then uses interns or registrars to do the actual work of manning the desk in the surgery. So you get to see quite a few quacks over the period and only one was of any merit and she went off for maternity leave. They're taking money to NOT send people to hospital these days as I'm sure you're aware. This is just a visible example of how available they are for any bits of spare cash they can suck in. There will come a time someone will trace the money that went into a patient and the health of the patient and therein will be found a disgusting scandal as the health line will be at the bottom while the money spent line will be at the top. Society and vulnerable individuals lose ( badly ) while pompous gits gain ( big time ). Until that's done the greed motive lies comfortably hidden for this class of vultures.
I can't voice enough my utter disgust and anger that we are sustaining a health system that is extremely dangerous to poorer people, taking away their health and the means to respectably earn their livings, with all the negative stresses that puts on them, including incresing poverty, especially in these times. They should not be respected they should be despised until this house is put in order and reparations are made in terms of fixing up what they have broken. But the quacks will go off to their private cabins to fish for trout and feel important at cocktail parties and demand respect because they are quacks and be very cavalier about the odd failure and the government ministers will cover their sins to avoid having to explain how they manage to throw so much money, exceeding 90 Billion Pounds, at something and get such a diminishing return.

Here's a quote you might find interesting , and the report it came from. By the way , from seeing the quack about a work caused injury to the shoulder, to getting 'treatment', took me pushing for it ( the quack apparently hoping it would just 'go away' if he closed his eyes and concentrated on more lucrative deals ) for some 120 weeks ! Where is the 18 they lie about ? Also, slowly inflicting increasing levels of mental and physical pain on a person has a name : TORTURE. It may not be the intention, but it is the effect of the sickness in the NHS that British doctors are torturing vulnerable people....because they can. Some Human Rights country eh ?

'To make matters worse, when patients fall foul of the system there is little they can do about it. By denying patients meaningful choice in all areas apart from electives, the NHS ensures that those who happen to live in an underperforming area are stuck with inadequate health care.
Unless they have the money to go private, there is no means by which patients can complain and ultimately take their business elsewhere if they are dissatisfied with the care being bought for them by their PCT or provided for
them by their local hospital. This is tragic enough in itself, but also begets serious ineffi ciency;without any test of value for money, resources do not end up where patients – and staff – would want them.'

http://www.civitas.org.uk/pdf/CivitasReviewMar08.pdf
The warnings of the abuse and the money grubbing were there in 2000 and how prescient this report turned out to be:
http://www.bmj.com/cgi/content/full/320/7245/1349

At least I can still say something. Many can't, or don't see the point of even making the point. I also read enough to diagnose pretty well what was happening and yet was powerless to stop the NHS doctor's abuse, short of just not going anywhere near the b......s. I sincerely wish now I hadn't. I'd be better off and still have the use of my right arm, even though badly damaged by the time they eventually bothered to look or listen ( vaguely ). As for my bladder and what will progress to be my kidneys ,and my mental stress from the permanently high cortisol levels, which could well trigger cancer. God have mercy on them for what they do. I hope their money can buy them forgiveness, as Bob Dylan once said of other maiming murderers.

You take care.

Dear Justice for All

I read your posts and wanted to reply, although I fear I can offer little in the way of practical help, other than to say that I too have suffered at the hands of the NHS, both personally, and have seen how uncaring they were when my father was ill and died.

I do have private health insurance and there was a time when I hoped that this would be an answer to my prayers but how naïve that was! It’s true that it can buy you a quicker appointment in the system but it does not always guarantee the outcome you would like – a bad consultant is a bad consultant whether private or NHS.

I had a very bad experience at a GPs surgery when I was told that I was having too many tests and it was becoming complicated and that I was too anxious about my health. I was trying to get a diagnosis, something that probably sounds familiar to you? The appointment became very acrimonious and I knew that my position at the surgery was untenable and I couldn’t continue there so I changed surgeries. I agree with Craig’s suggestion that it is worth trying to change doctors, although I do think that GPs talk to one another especially if you live outside of large cities and I feel I could have been discussed (although perhaps that’s just my paranoia). I certainly do not understand your GPs reluctance to organise an MRI scan and to tell you that it would be injurious to your health – that’s rubbish. CT scans produce radiation but MRI scans don’t. As you say, you had enough X-rays and there was no problem with being sent for those – of course it’s all down to cost.

I can well understand the anger you feel towards your GP, but please don’t carry out your threat. I would strongly advise you to take up Craig’s offer of the help of his lawyer friend. What have you got to lose by just taking his advice? I know it would make me feel better to have an initial meeting to see if I could get back at those b******s.

Please reconsider Craig’s offer before the deadline and do know that other people have suffered too and that there are others who are thinking of you.

Dear Sutherland and aliviel27
Thank you , and Craig ,so much for your replies . Sorry I didn't reply sooner.
Yes, there is no way that what has become of NHS 'treatment' by quacks can be compared directly with the attitude of say, the Nazi doctors who used and experimented on the undermenschen in WWII, as history teaches us by way of a warning, but it is only a matter of scale and time, which is a damning indictment of this sector of an increasingly distanced-from-the-people, harmful and despicable so-called elite. Another reader who contacted me by e-mail ;) through this site has had very similar experiences and has managed to find little silver linings where she can, which I am so pleased to hear, but the suffering at the hands of the health fraudsters and finding herself with no access to justice she instead had to fight the system to get officially classed as disabled and has to get through the day on pain killers and funny drugs that can be harmful ( except to big pharma of course ). I hope I haven't breached confidentiality in sharing this solidarity. It doesn't make me feel better that the Brutish state is complicit in this travesty of justice and decency and in the implicit and integral fraud and its cover-up, one has come to expect little more from the putrescent politicians and their cosy status quo, but just knowing that there are others who have felt the weight of this crime against human rights and dignity does give a welcome ray of understanding.... that others know. The cost of this knowledge is suffering, some may be of natural processes, others the result of more sinister machinations of money, class and power, which I have felt. Either way the neglect is uncivilised and uncivilising and smears the name of the British people and western values ultimately more generally in the worst kind of dirt.
You people who have given your advice and support are , on the other hand, worth all the 'doctors' and lawyers and grand dignitaries and trumped up queens with their cruel and unjust governments, and all the other important seeming parasites who live off the blood, sweat and tears of the regular people; no ,what am I saying, all of those sort who have ever lived, rolled into one, are not worth one of you. And please don't say or think I'm anti wealth or anti the rich. I am not , only the undeserving rich. The proto-Shipmans of this world for instance ! Those who abuse their position and power to abuse others, like so many quack fakes in the NHS, or to cover it up like the Blairs, Browns and Hewitts !

Regarding those like myself now urged with tackling the limitless coffers of the state to tackle the NHS legally. I understand the mistaken belief that there SHOULD be access to justice, but please let's be quite clear , there ISN'T !!! There is NO legal aid other than the name on shiny brochures and a fund that can be plucked on for high profile cases , like terrorism accused, who , since most turn out to be innocent, need it, but there IS no legal recourse to the poor in Twenty First Century backward Britain . Some democracy ! Some monarchy ! Some farce ! Justice is only for the rich !! Offering a drowning man a straw if that's all you've got , is kind of an understandable reaction , well meant, but by the time the drowning man has tried clutching at those straws a few times he knows it's a waste.
I hope to get the barest bones, of the claim forms, in by the due date so that if I get strength enough I can take the whole ruddy bunch to face a European Court in Strasbourg, where the world can see what the deceptive filth get up to while preaching civilised values throughout that same world, like the loathsome hypocrites they are. Some may say leave it to kharma. Yes, but who's to say that we aren't part of the workings of kharma ?
Enough. Thank you once again. And Craig, please keep this site going. It prevents the feeling of total isolation. Bless you.

I was doing some work this afternoon in the lounge, with my laptop. As a result of my back problems it's hard for me to sit at my desk for anything other than a short period.

I had the TV on, and was half-watching the Michael Moore movie Sicko. I don't agree with most of what Moore says and does, but he is a clever filmmaker, and his movies and books always make me think --- and often make me laugh.

In the film he was criticising the American medical system (undoubtedly with justification) --- and was holding up the British, French, and even Cuban (yes, Cuban) medical systems as better. Some of the facts used in Sicko are "fact checked" on Moore's own website --- please click here (http://www.michaelmoore.com/sicko/checkup/).

Moore makes these comments on his website:

SiCKO: In a study of older Americans and Brits, the Brits had less of almost every major disease. Even the poorest Brit can expect to live longer than the richest American.
"The US population in late middle age is less healthy than the equivalent British population for diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, myocardial infarction, stroke, lung disease, and cancer. Within each country, there exists a pronounced negative socioeconomic status (SES) gradient with self-reported disease so that health disparities are largest at the bottom of the education or income variants of the SES hierarchy. This conclusion is generally robust to control for a standard set of behavioral risk factors, including smoking, overweight, obesity, and alcohol drinking, which explain very little of these health differences… Level differences between countries are sufficiently large that individuals in the top of the education and income strata in the United States have comparable rates of diabetes and heart disease as those in the bottom of the income and education strata in England." (See also Table 1 - for example, prevalence of diabetes among high-income Americans is 8.2 per thousand, while it's 7.3 among low-income Brits.) Banks, Marmot et al., "Disease and Disadvantage in the United States and in England," Journal of the American Medical Association, 2006;295:2037-2045.Can this really mean that the NHS is working? That despite our having to put up with rude receptionists, unfriendly nurses, arrogant GP's, etc., the overall system is successful at keeping us healthy --- at least (statistically) on average?

Even if this is true (the Moore justification seems like JAMA gobblydegook) it doesn't mean that the painful, awful experiences with the NHS detailed throughout this website didn't happen, and somehow don't count.

But then there's Kurt Loder, writing on the MTV website (http://www.mtv.com/movies/news/articles/1563758/story.jhtml) in June 2007, who says:

What's the problem with government health systems? Moore's movie doesn't ask that question, although it does unintentionally provide an answer. When governments attempt to regulate the balance between a limited supply of health care and an unlimited demand for it they're inevitably forced to ration treatment. This is certainly the situation in Britain. Writing in the Chicago Tribune this week, Helen Evans, a 20-year veteran of the country's National Health Service and now the director of a London-based group called Nurses for Reform, said that nearly 1 million Britons are currently on waiting lists for medical care — and another 200,000 are waiting to get on waiting lists. Evans also says the NHS cancels about 100,000 operations each year because of shortages of various sorts. Last March, the BBC reported on the results of a Healthcare Commission poll of 128,000 NHS workers: two thirds of them said they "would not be happy" to be patients in their own hospitals. James Christopher, the film critic of the Times of London, thinks he knows why. After marveling at Moore's rosy view of the British health care system in "Sicko," Christopher wrote, "What he hasn't done is lie in a corridor all night at the Royal Free [Hospital] watching his severed toe disintegrate in a plastic cup of melted ice. I have." Last month, the Associated Press reported that Gordon Brown — just installed this week as Britain's new prime minister — had promised to inaugurate "sweeping domestic reforms" to, among other things, "improve health care."

To those bright jewels of humanity, whose fragrance drowns out the stench of the destroyers, thank you very much for your encouraging words which you have sent in private. Who doesn't believe in angels then ?
And to all those locked in the suffering caused by NHS corruption, greed, pomposity, reckless pride, elitism, racism, classism and plain couldn't care less, may the world move towards a new era when these parasites on the normal ,everyday, honest to God people, will be banished from the community of man to their own dingy, selfish hell.

And for the ordinary workers in the NHS who do long hours for relatively meagre pay. You are appreciated, and never give up demanding a better workplace. If you raise your voices and it's not just to feather your own nests as the corrupt bankers, politicians, doctors, dentists, lawyers, fatcat businessmen and bureaucrats do, then you will find widespread and fierce support from the public. We can change this rotten system with the one thing these leaches fear : worker's solidarity.

Peace and all good to you good people.
The struggle is bitter and it continues until victory is attained.

To whom it may concern- if any

I Terence Cormac Patrick Eastwood, born Belfast,Northern Ireland 15th June 1959, do solemnly make the following claims.

-That, having worked diligently and loyally for the Sundial Group at their Barnett Hill Conference centre over a period of 4 years, was subjected through corporate greed to an unfair and damaging workload through the unsustainable doubling up of the workload resulting from redundancies driven purely by greed and profiteering. This was in the 'good times', for some, pre-Crunch !

-Having left the employ of these unscrupulous exploiters to prevent any further damage ( as upheld by the Croydon Employment Tribunal ) I was treated in similarly unfair and cavalier fashion by the DWP ( Dept. of Work and Pensions ) who were discriminatory against the worker in favour of the bosses, thus forcing me to continue working despite injuries of which they were made aware.

-That the 'treatment', such as I received from one Dr D Daulton and subsequent doctors of the Wonersh Surgery and the NHS in the district, was not only negligent and ineffective, but was seriously damaging to my health.

-Since first contact with said Daulton on or about the 28th November 2005 'treatment' has primarily consisted of numerous X-rays on the one hand ( despite my having had a melanoma removed ) and repeated useless urine flow tests that were not subjected to further investigation. Ineffective time wasting in other words.
It is my contention that all medical ' intervention' was bogus and merely a going through the motions , without any attempt having been made to properly investigate my condition.

-This charge is directed at Dr Daulton and subsequent doctors of the Wonersh surgery, as well as the farcical 'triage team' of Dr Andrew Cook of Binscombe Clinic, who advised that I should carry on working, despite my shoulder and back injuries , since I had 'to put bread on the table'. It has subsequently become quite clear that he meant, on the table of the non-performing ,overpaid, doctors, undeserving of either the title or of being permitted to hold a position of trust, such abusers as they are.

-It is further directed at the long line of ever-changing doctors of the urology department at the Royal Surrey County Hospital, ( under patronage of the Queen ) under direction of a certain Professor S E M Langley ( who may or may not exist, as I've never met him in 3 years ), who have been grossly negligent in their duties and who, since performing an unnecessary cystoscopy against my wishes , at the insistence of a doctor by the name of Mark Lynch who turned out to be a damnable liar, have introduced a superbug into both my body and my household through their filthy and unhygienic practices.

-This they have attempted to cover up, and my health, already compromised is now significantly worsened since my internal organs, namely colon, bladder, liver, spleen, kidneys , heart and lungs have been negatively affected and are starting to fail. Whether this is due to the ignored schistosomiasis that they were informed of early in the investigation, the stretching of the bladder and worsening function of same due to a lacksadaisical and unscientific sham pretence at medicine, or due to the fact that I am now living on antibiotics that have no effect on the organism introduced. Once again the cavalier attitude is such that even a receptionist at the Wonersh surgery, without any training or qualifications is permitted to prescribe antibiotics ( Cefradine in this case, totally ineffective and to which I had an allergic reaction , and which drug is not permitted for use in the U.S A. ). The surgery is conveniently incapable of carrying out even so simple a procedure as having urine samples analysed. Urine sample results have been deliberately changed to cover up the hospital's incompetence in introducing the superbug. In another case the sample was not done because it was in the 'wrong bottle', the one purpose bought for this at Boots Pharmacy. How difficult would it have been to phone and say 'We need another sample' or to put it into the 'right' bottle ? Of course, when you are trying to hide the superbug results.... When reporting allergic reactions to drugs the response has twice been to totally ignore the fact, or to obfuscate. Vancomycin, which should have been used by now , is reserved for the rich.

-I have repeatedly asked for information as to who performed the shoulder operation on 16th June 2008, which has been an utter failure and which has left me unable to work. It appears not to have been the doctor, Mr Flannery, who was meant to do the op, who instead it would appear farmed it out to a colleague as a way of his getting him a guinea pig to experiment on. No post -operative follow up was arranged for this serious op, although this is standard medical practice in civilised parts of the world.

-These are a small sample of what I have had to endure. I have started suffering terrible stress and anxiety as a result of this ongoing torture and my family is suffering greatly and I no longer have any social life because of it.

-The element of racism and classism that runs through the entire process of torture, gross human rights abuse ( both to me and to my family members ) and ultimately what is fast heading towards murder, or manslaughter at the very least, is symptomatic of these diseases which run through the very heart of British society, despite a concerted and sustained effort to bury them in coverups and spin.

-I am writing this now, as I feel I have not long to go at this rate. Before my encounter with the exploitative, racist family and employees of Tim Chudley of the Sundial Group and the string of racist incompetents posing as doctors in the equally racist NHS I was a happy, healthy ( flying fit: Pilot's licence number PA 44402 ) and participative member of society. The evil that is being done in Britain is covered up by limited access to the press by the 'lower orders'. In this way those who break society , and then shed crocodile tears over the 'broken society' of their making, are literally getting away with murder. Politicians of all parties have allowed this disgraceful situation of racist murder and torture to develop and continue in the name of elitist greed and the doctors have tossed out principles in the name of personal enrichment.

-There is furthermore a deliberate exclusion of people on lower incomes from recourse to the law to get protection, as there is no legal aid and lawyers insist on at least £5000 downpayment. Requests for medical records to date ( 15th June 2009 ) have fallen on deaf ears.

- Silence gives consent. Just as the German population as a whole has over the years been blamed for all that Hitler's fascist thugs did, due to their silence, I accuse the British public at large of the same complicity and responsibility in terms of their own logic. Apologies to those good people who do fight against this indignity. The racism is a national characteristic, as is the classism. Racist, classist, liar, abusers should not be permitted to hold positions of trust as doctors. Why are they ?

I have deliberately included names and welcome any challenge by any of the disgusting, murderous abusers named in any tribunal or court, if I survive their efforts at killing me off, which is what they are counting on I suppose. Normal modus operandi, milk 'em and kill 'em, eh ?

Sincerely,

P.S. Craig. You're great for giving us a voice when this rotten political establishment sets out to silence us. Healthcare Commission didn't last long. Must have been up to some good !

Do not go gently into that good night ! This is being done to many poorer people in this country and to the vulnerable, that they leave unfed for 20 days and more to die,... in hospital !!! Silence gives consent to the trail of the dead, the trail of Baby P's, the trail of previously quite healthy people being killed by greedy quacks. Speak up, before they kill you too !

Firstly let me say how sorry I feel for all those who write in as a last desperate effort to cry out against an inhumane system of greed ,lies and coverups that is the murderous NHS today. One of the greatest risks to health in Britain, but one, like going to get water in a war zone ,you have no option but to take. God help you all who are suffering . The NHS will bleed as much money out of us before they bury us. The money follows the patient, the quacks get richer the patient poorer in health, happiness and wealth; suffers and dies and its all covered up and on to the next VICTIM !!! Those who have not experienced it first hand or through a loved one or close friend, will simply not believe that such abhorrent practice is possible in a place of 'trust', but just think of other examples in other fields and you will realise it is possible.

I'm writing as I'm going to go to the hospital now. I reported breathing difficulties on the 12th June, which appeared to be as a result of the allergic reaction to the Cefradine. I now have pneumonia, self diagnosed ( the quack could really not even be bothered to call back, I had an x-ray where he told me to go, Milford, and I must put up with this horrible breathlessness and chest pain and tightness for another 10 days !!!!!! , with attendant gasping for air , pain in the back and lungs, sweats and terrible tightness in the chest and strain that I can even feel on the heart. I wouldn't let a dog suffer like that. I should put in a complaint through the RSPCA. They say we're animals , but they treat us as something worse. Liars, hypocrites and murderers ! I've had it since the 12th, it's now the 27th. It's a hospital scum generated disease as I've explained in an earlier post and every time I've seen these swine over the past few years my health has been more and more compromised, with the exception of Mr Stebbing of oncology and the first chap to do the cystoscopy a few years back. And most of the nurses have been fine. It's the quacks that do the harm. Ever since the money they get has skyrocketed up under bubbleBliar and liar Hewitt ( proven on YouTube for all to see ) they have got so drunk on money they sold their souls to the devil. They just do not give a damn ! Whether they will finish the murder off now , or take a bit longer about it I'm not sure. I sure would not survive swine flu on top of this. So if I don't check back in, consider this Midsummer Murder by the rich and the greedy to have been completed.

It's not so much the patients ( which they have turned me into ) that are sick. It's the British establishment and the supercapitalist empire of amorality which is sick, and inhuman. If I seem angry it's because I am. They'd call it depression and seek to do what the Communists did to Solzenitzen and what Kafka warned of. Hide the dissidents under cover of supposed mental illness . I call that the slippery slope of totalitarianism beginning in earnest. I am situationally depressed. What sane person would not be after years of torture at the hands of the state, with only this site to use to seek some solace ? The link between anger and depression, which four years ago I would not have even begun to consider, is now painfully obvious to me. It is the result of cruelty, torture and isolation. Gross human rights abuse in other words. And it never affects just one . It affects our families, our work, our basic enjoyment of life. They steal everything from you.

God bless you all. May He come to your aid. At the end of the day there is rest in Him , after this struggle in a fallen world is over.

I hope you all have comfort and relief in your suffering. Remember this little poem, some will have heard before.

God grant me the Serenity to accept the things I cannot change;
Courage to change the things I can;
and Wisdom to know the difference.

Everyone putting their experiences down here is showing courage, because it can change, when enough people are aware of what's being done and get fed up enough to shake the rotten system till it reels.

Peace be with you in the storm.
Terry.
Once again thanks and keep it up Craig.
Oh, and for those that think : How can he talk of God and be mad and swear and things. God , I believe, hasn't time to worry too much about those little things. He's more worried about those being tortured , and the torturers. The Christian God, Jesus ,the Lamb and the Lion , the Lamb who will lie down with the Lion, merging the two aspects of victim and avenger, can even say: 'Been there, done that, got the t-shirt.'
